Eve hails from a long line of dedicated servers, learning from an early age the art of exceptional maid service. Under her grandmother’s guidance, she mastered the skills of cooking, cleaning, and to be discreet about anything that happens between a maid and her master.
Eve worked for a wealthy family as a maid during many years. Inside of their castle walls, she met Konata. Following the castle’s fall, they decided to join skills and launch Moe Service, where Eve can fully utilize the extensive skills she inherited from her family—and discover even more along the way.

Born and raised in the countryside, Yui learned from a young age to transform fresh cow’s milk into a variety of delightful treats. With dreams of pursuing more than just farming, she transitioned from selling milk to Moe Service, to working as a maid for Konata. There, she has the joy of providing the most exquisite milk while witnessing the masters really enjoying her dairy's flavors. Yui ensures that not a single drop of her milk goes to waste.
This cowgirl has a kind heart and is always ready to listen to her friends, embodying warmth and positivity. You’ll never find Yui without a smile on her face, spreading cheer wherever she goes.

While Hime practices his dance moves and hones his singing skills, he decided to work at the maid café to save up for his future. Don’t be mistaken—he’s already a beloved idol in the café's town, captivating masters with his beautiful voice and charm. However, it’s clear that his true destiny lies on the grand stages around the world.

Mio is a slime dragon whose journey began when Konata's father bought her egg from a mysterious figure. Growing up in the castle, she worked alongside the maids but often longed for her parents, wondering why she had been taken from them.
Feeling out of place due to her slime body, she appreciated Konata’s reassurance that a little messiness was nothing to worry about. After the castle’s fall, Mio traveled the globe searching for her parents, but when her quest proved fruitless, she returned to the small town to join Konata at her maid café.
With hope still in her heart, Mio dreams of one day meeting another slime dragon, believing her family might still be out there.

Rei grew up alongside Aki, harboring a secret love for her since childhood. Knowing Aki’s favorite meal is meatloaf, Rei devoted herself to perfecting the dish, hoping to impress her. While Aki cherishes Rei’s friendship and sees her as a little sister, Rei envisions Aki as the perfect partner—though her shyness holds her back from confessing her feelings.
Naturally quiet, Rei often finds herself lost in thought about her next culinary creation. Watching others enjoy her meals brings warmth to her heart, even if she doesn’t express it. When Aki decided to join Moe Service as a chef and hunter, Rei eagerly followed, finding joy in working side by side with the woman she loves.

Aki's mother passed away at her birth, leaving her to grow up with her father, who taught her the art of hunting. He ensured she learned how to make the most of the wild's offerings.
Living next door to Rei, Aki found her best friend early on. Rei would often come over to cook the meat Aki hunted, sharing her culinary skills and teaching Aki and her father how to prepare meals.
Though Aki never knew what it was like to have a mother, she never felt a like she needed one. Her father’s unwavering support fostered a deep bond between them.
With her hunting expertise, she applied to work at Moe Service, and having her best friend Rei by her side made the experience all the more enjoyable.
